The best way to learn is by doing. Methodo Academy’s Work-Based Learning (WBL) program offers students and research professionals a unique opportunity to enhance their academic knowledge through real-world research. We understand how big a challenge it is to carry out the first research project with only the knowledge gained in the academic space, therefore, we offer a set of approaches and tools that have been accumulated and tested over the years, which our mentors will share with you during the research process. You are given a unique opportunity to go through all the difficult phases of the research yourself, while also improving your research skills in practice and carrying out a guaranteed successful project.

Part of the work-based learning program is mentoring. Engaging a mentor allows you to learn from their experience, apply best practices, and receive feedback on your work. In addition, our mentors are professionals in other fields besides research knowledge, they have comprehensive experience in strategic marketing, communications, business analytics, which is a valuable asset for assessing the context of your work. Mentoring ensures that students not only conduct research, but also develop the competencies needed to conduct methodologically sound, practical, and impactful research.
